A LIFE OF DEPTH, CONNECTION AND RENEWAL
"Your wounds aren't the end of your story—they're the doorway to your most radiant becoming." — Danyelle Boily
In a fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose touch with who you are. Despite outward success, something deeper calls—a yearning for authenticity, connection, and purpose. I know this journey intimately. After a life-altering accident awakened me to the preciousness of existence, I embarked on a path of profound self-discovery.
Through relationship coaching, holistic healing, and plant medicine integration, I uncovered a simple yet powerful truth: the quality of our relationships shapes the quality of our lives. Now, I dedicate my life to guiding others through their own transformations, helping them reclaim their power, joy, and connection.
My approach is grounded in a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—including somatic inquiry, nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and meditation—all chosen to gently support healing at the root level.
If you’re ready to break free from stagnation and step into a life of deep fulfillment, I invite you to take the first step. Your heart knows the way—let’s embark on this journey together.
Meet Lulu
My soulful four-legged co facilitator with a heart as soft as her fur. With her deep, knowing eyes and gentle presence, Lulu has a special gift for sensing big emotions and offering just the right kind of comfort—often by resting her velvety chin in your lap at just the right moment. She's sweet, respectful, and never pushy, but somehow always knows when you're needing a little extra support. Whether you're laughing, crying, or quietly reflecting, Lulu is there—holding space with love and quiet wisdom.

I’ve also deepened my work through in-person workshops with world-renowned leaders in trauma healing, personal growth, and relational intelligence — including Esther Perel,Terrence Real, Dr. Dan Siegel, Dr. Richard Schwartz, and Dr. Arielle Schwartz.
In addition to formal training, my approach has been deeply informed by years of dedicated study of the work of respected thought leaders. Influences include Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score), Deb Dana (Polyvagal Exercises), Peter Levine (In an Unspoken Voice), Emily Nagoski (Come As You Are), Stan Tatkin,(Wired for Love) Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor (Whole Brain Living), Susan McConnell (Somatic IFS), and Kristin Neff (Self-Compassion).
I also draw from the wisdom of authors like Melody Beattie (Codependent No More), Terri Cole (Too Much-High Functioning Codependents), Heather Plett (The Art of Holding Space), Brené Brown (The Gift of Imperfection), Tara Brach, Kelly McGonigal,(Upside of Stress) and Michael Singer (The Untethered Soul). These texts are more than ideas — they are lived practices that have shaped both my personal healing and the work I do with clients.
This path has been a combination of rigorous training, embodied practice, and deep personal transformation. I continue to learn, integrate, and evolve — in service of helping others reconnect with their innate wisdom and the healing power of relationship.
